Is it free to use?
Pet owners use it entirely free. Shops get a free starter plan and can upgrade when they need more.
Is Buddystory responsible for the shop's service?
We are an intermediary bringing owners and shops together. Every service is provided by the shop directly, so price and responsibility for your pet are agreed between you and the shop.
How trustworthy are the reviews?
Only people who booked through the system and completed the service can review, and one booking allows one review. Shops can reply, but cannot edit or delete a customer's review.
How safe is my pet's data?
Owners grant each shop access individually and can withdraw it at any time. Every access is logged and auditable under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act.
