Terms for service providers

Please read all four points before opening your shop — they set out who is responsible for what.

We are an intermediary, not a party to your contract

We only bring customers and shops together so they can talk. The service itself takes place directly between the shop and the customer. We are not a co-provider and have no stake in that service.

The shop is responsible for the pets in its care

The safety of a pet while in your care, the quality of your work, appointments, cancellations, and compensation for any damage are entirely the shop's responsibility.

Shops set their own prices and collect payment

Shops set their own prices and collect payment from customers directly. We do not hold service fees on your behalf. Platform and referral fees, if any, are separate from the service price and are stated in your plan.

Use customer and pet data only as far as needed

Owners grant access to their pet's records and can withdraw it at any time. Shops must use that data only to deliver the service — never resell it or use it for anything else.

When you open your shop you will be asked to accept this version again, and the date and time are recorded.
