We build the system pet care shops actually use day to day, then open those shops up so owners can find them — not the other way round.

The problem we set out to fix

A pet's history is scattered across each shop's own notebooks. Change shops and you tell the whole story again; which vaccines were given is anyone's guess. Small shops, meanwhile, track bookings on paper and answer every message by hand. We put both sides on one system.

Pet records belong to the owner

Shops see only what the owner allows, and owners can withdraw access at any time. Every access is logged and can be reviewed later. We do not sell user data and do not use it beyond delivering the service.

We are the intermediary, not the provider

All pet care services belong to the shops themselves. Our job is to bring owners and shops together and make booking and record-keeping easier — nothing more.
